  • Rental Units
    Rates are based upon one family: 2 Adults and their children.  Each additional adult (18 and over) is $7.00/night.  All rates are per night and do not include sales tax or Resort Fee.  No smoking or pets are permitted inside any rental unit.  No pets are permitted on any rental site. No tents on any rental site.  No cooking in Rustic Cabins.  Check-in time is 3:00 PM.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.  No check-ins after 10:00 PM.  Early arrival / Late Departure if available: half day rate.  Security Deposit Hold Required at Check-In.

    Reservations Guidelines:

    • Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum.
    • Balance must be paid by cash or credit card.
    • Personal Checks cannot be accepted as a payment for a reservation.
    • For a monthly stay one week is required up front and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    • No discounts are given on holiday or special event weekends.

    ***PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION***

  • CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

    Reservation & Payment Policies:

    • Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250.00. Any remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival.
    • If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
    • If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit, up to the full amount of your reservation.
    • In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
    • Prices and site type are subject to availability.
    • No refunds will be issued for early check out.
    • 2 night minimum is required on all rental units.
    • 3 night minimum is required on all sites for Holiday weekends.

  • **Refunds are not given due to inclement weather.**

    *Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.

    Terms of use for Rain checks:

    • Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
    • Re-booking is subject to availability
    • May only be used once
    • Non-transferable
    • Good for a 12 month period
    • Excludes holidays, holiday weekends and special events

  • Visitors: Visitor Fee $3/day. A visitor is anyone who was not with you at the time of registration. Please inform your guests that this fee is required for entry. All visitors must register upon arrival, obtain a visitor's pass, and depart by 10:45PM. Please advise your visitors to leave their pets at home.
